Dublin's long-running information-security community meets in the Abbey Room of the Camden Court Hotel for an evening of talks and conversation. Doors from 18:30, first talk around 19:00, opening with a session on cyber deterrence and staying a step ahead of attackers. Dub|Sec draws a mix of security engineers, blue- and red-team practitioners, and people in adjacent infrastructure and platform roles — informal, free, and one of the most consistent security fixtures in the city.

AI Tinkerers Dublin returns for a code-first demo night built for people actively shipping with LLMs, agents and generative AI. Expect five-minute lightning demos of real, in-progress systems — architecture choices, orchestration patterns, evaluation harnesses and the failure modes builders actually hit — followed by hands-on, no-pitch networking and ad-hoc Science Fair demos. Marquee sponsor is Kiro (AWS's agentic development environment), with Baseline hosting the venue. Attendance is screened and capped at 150 to keep the room full of practitioners; bring a laptop if you want to walk peers through your stack. Daytona, Give(a)Go and Baseline bring Dublin builders together for a one-day HackSprint at the edge of model training and agent infrastructure. The brief is deliberately tight: take a model or agent, give it a measurable task, and make it improve. Teams fine-tune small models on focused datasets, build evaluation loops, train agents with reinforcement learning, or use isolated sandboxes to run many experiments in parallel.
