These terms cover your use of An Open Room and anything you submit to it. By using the site you agree to them. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Listings

We gather listings from organisers and from public sources, and we curate what appears. Events are run by their organisers, not by us. Dates, prices, venues and availability can change — always confirm on the organiser's own registration page, which is where tickets are booked. A listing is not an endorsement.

Submitting an event

• Only submit events you organise or have permission to promote.
• Keep details accurate, and don't include anything unlawful, misleading or spammy.
• You give us permission to publish, edit, shorten, translate and feature what you submit, including in our newsletters, digests and feeds.
• We can decline, edit or remove any listing at our discretion.

Using the site

You can browse, share and link to listings freely, and our feeds and structured data are there for apps, crawlers and AI tools to use. Don't use the site in a way that disrupts it for others or tries to get around its security.

Liability

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate but can't guarantee every listing, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for losses arising from an event, an organiser, or reliance on a listing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law
