IESE's annual flagship founder forum at its Barcelona campus — a peer-led two-day format where founders and operators trade frameworks, provocations and questions rather than sit through one-way keynotes. 2026 contributors include James Allen (Bain, Founder's Mentality), Verne Harnish (Scaling Up), Avi Meir (Co-Founder Perk.com / former TravelPerk CEO), Mahendra Ramsinghani, Rachel Turner and Tim Leberecht. Paid, but the calibre of the room and the format make it one of the few founder events in Spain worth blocking two days for.
Masterclass on product design hosted by OLX at Tech Barcelona's Pier 07. Practical session covering how a global classifieds business approaches product discovery, design systems, and shipping at scale — useful for designers, PMs and engineering leads working on consumer-facing products. Free, hosted in the heart of the 22@ innovation district.
Thursday 18 June— 2 events
The most interesting AI event in Barcelona this fortnight: an afterwork at Tech Barcelona's Pier 07 featuring live pitches from projects coming out of the Barcelona Supercomputing Center's AI Factory — the Spanish node of the European AI Factories network. Optional Tech Voices session at 17:00 features Nestlé and IFCO on Women in Tech. Free, supported by Damm and Barcelona City Council. Register early — Pier 07 fills up.
Open networking for women working in or around Barcelona tech — engineers, designers, PMs, founders, marketers — at Hotel Pulitzer's central rooftop bar. Run by Step4ward, which also offers a mentoring programme for women in the ecosystem. Useful for new arrivals to the city looking for a foothold in the community; relaxed, no pitches, no formal programme.
Friday 19 June— 1 event
with Bernat Farrero (CEO & Founder, Itnig)
Weekly Thursday-evening pitch session at Itnig's café in Poblenou (22@). Early-stage founders pitch the Itnig Fund team (Bernat Farrero and partners) for live feedback — you can register to pitch or just sit in. One of the longest-running founder/investor recurring formats in Barcelona; the room is mostly active operators and angels, not students.

Monday 22 June— 1 event
Sold-out CTO peer networking at Itnig's café in 22@. A small-group, informal format for CTOs, VPs of engineering and tech leads — the kind of conversation where people actually talk about hiring problems, infrastructure decisions and what they're shipping with AI tooling, rather than presentation theatre. Waitlist only if you missed initial registration; worth pinging the organisers.
Thursday 25 June— 1 event
Mindstone's Barcelona chapter — part of a global meetup network focused on practical AI applications for working professionals, not researchers. Each session pairs talks from people actually shipping AI in production with informal networking over pizza and drinks afterwards. A reliable monthly anchor for anyone learning how to apply LLMs, agents and AI tooling in their day job; usable across engineering, product and operations roles.

with Bernat Farrero (CEO & Founder, Itnig)
Weekly Thursday pitch session at Itnig's café in Poblenou (22@). Same format as the 19 June edition — founders pitch the Itnig Fund team for live feedback in front of a room of active operators and angels. Worth attending more than once if you're a founder looking to refine your pitch; the feedback loop compounds.
Barcelona's chapter of AI Tinkerers — a screened, demo-first, no-pitch meetup for people actually building AI systems. Attendees are vetted for hands-on AI work so the conversation stays technical: working prototypes, architecture decisions, what broke in production, what's actually shipping. If you're an engineer or technical founder building on LLMs, agents or AI infra, this is the highest signal-to-noise AI room in the city.
