Mozilla Barcelona Meetup

An evening with the Mozilla community the night before MozFest opens across town. Mozilla staff, long-time contributors, Firefox users and open source regulars meet at La Fabrica &Co in Sant Martí for Firefox lightning talks and a practical look at how to start contributing. The agenda is tight: check-in at 18:00, lightning talks and presentations from 18:15, drinks and light bites from 19:15, a prize raffle and close at 19:50. The hosts are Mozilla people — Pascal Chevrel, Konstantina Papadea, Eduardo Feo, Andres Furlan, Nishant Bhasin and Issam Mani. Free, capacity capped, and already full at 74 going, so registration is a waiting list. Why go: it is the one Barcelona room this year where Firefox engineers and contributors are together off-stage, and the easiest place to find out what contributing to Mozilla actually involves.
