Connect the Dots: Why Ecosystem Design Is Your Next Superpower

UX Hub Barcelona at SITA's Sant Martí office, on designing for the system around a product rather than the product itself. Renee Lin, head of design at SITA, uses a real aviation case to argue that customers' worst problems sit in the gaps between systems, people and organisations, and leaves the room with a framework for mapping them. She has thirteen years across Asia, North America and Europe, building products from zero to one at startups and scaling design teams inside enterprises. Doors 18:30, introduction 19:00, talk 19:15, live Q&A 20:15, networking until 21:30. Free, co-hosted by UX Hub BCN and SITA. RSVP on Meetup plus a short form. Why go: ecosystem design gets talked about a lot and demonstrated rarely, and this is a practitioner showing the work from inside an industry where the seams are unavoidable. Best for product designers and researchers on anything multi-party.
