INAM's Founders' Hours are a recurring, open format where deep tech and advanced-materials founders meet to discuss their real challenges and exchange directly with experienced experts. This July edition focuses on GTM, Sales & First Revenue — how early-stage hardware and materials startups define a go-to-market motion, run their first sales conversations, and turn a promising technology into paying customers and real revenue. It's a practical, small-group session: bring your questions, learn from peers facing the same commercialisation hurdles, and leave with concrete next steps. Data Science Retreat's Batch 46 presents seven machine-learning prototypes built over the course of the programme, hosted by SAP at their Berlin office. Doors, drinks and networking from 17:30, an intro to SAP and SAP LeanIX at 18:00, then project presentations from 18:30 with a break part-way through. Free to attend. A genuinely useful evening if you want to see what people are actually shipping with ML right now — and one of the better rooms in Berlin for meeting newly minted data scientists before they get hired.

betabreakfast is betahaus's long-running weekly community breakfast — an informal Thursday-morning gathering at betahaus | Kreuzberg where founders, freelancers, creatives and anyone curious about the Berlin startup scene meet over coffee. There's no agenda and no pitch: just a low-key, welcoming way to start the day, make a few connections and find out what people in the community are building. Lukas Wirth, der seit 2020 an rust-analyzer arbeitet und das Team seit 2022 leitet, die Ferrocene Language Specification mitverfasst hat und heute Rust Engineer bei Zed Industries ist, fragt, warum Makros, IDE-Support und Nervenruhe immer nur zu zweit zu haben sind. Danach spricht Leon Matthes, Software Engineer bei Slint, über Reactive Programming in Rust. Einlass 18:30 Uhr, Talks ab 19:00 Uhr, anschließend Lightning Talks und Networking.
