Is anything happening in Milan during Ferragosto?
Barely — and that's normal. The week of 10–16 August is genuinely dead across Italy, so Wednesday's Strive night is effectively the last reliable room before the city empties. Things resume around 17–20 August and pick up properly in September. Plan your networking for this week, not next.
