A morning session at Bpifrance's hub on how SaaS business models are mutating in the AI-native era — keynotes and a panel with SaaS operators and AI-native founders unpacking what's actually changing in pricing, margins and product. Free, at the state investment bank's hub, with the right people on stage: the most generous-value ticket of the week for any SaaS founder.

Tuesday 23, evening — the small room. Startup Networking Workshop #19 — FlexUp @ Station F — Tue 23 June, 20:00, Station F (Bodyboard Room), free. A small, curated networking workshop for early-stage to scaling founders, project leaders and ecosystem partners — a brief FlexUp intro, then structured introductions. The opposite of a 180,000-person expo: a dozen-odd people who'll actually remember your name. If VivaTech left you with a stack of cards and no real conversations, this is the antidote.

Founders — your week splits cleanly. SaaS or AI-native: Tuesday morning at Bpifrance Le Hub, free, no excuses. Earlier-stage or feeling lost after the VivaTech crush: the FlexUp workshop on Tuesday night is the small, high-signal room. Skip the temptation to chase one more big conference — the city's resting, and so should your travel budget.

Investors — a deliberately quiet week after the VivaTech deal-fest; the one worth your diary is the INSEAD AI Forum on Monday if you want the macro AI thesis from serious faculty. Otherwise this is a follow-up week: the founders you met at Porte de Versailles are back at their desks and reachable.

Builders — Saturday's Koyeb meetup at Station F is the one. Production inference, quantization, real numbers — and free. It's the clearest builders' signal on our young Paris calendar so far.
