About this event
DDMA's relaunched NEXT conference at Capital C on Weesperplein, themed 'Beyond the AI-driven organisation' - how companies stay competitive once AI is infrastructure rather than innovation. Three tracks: Build covers marketing cases, frameworks and working applications of AI, first-party data, personalisation and marketing automation; Rethink takes the strategic question of staying distinctive when the same technology is available to everyone; Exchange is roundtables and open discussion on ethics, content production and the future of marketing teams. The nominees for the DDMA Customer Data Awards present their cases live on stage. 12:30 to 17:00, in Dutch.
Why go: the award cases are practitioners describing what actually worked and what it cost inside their organisations, not pitches. Best for marketing, data and strategy leads working in the Dutch market.
