Starting a deeptech AI startup

A three-hour UvA mini workshop on the route from AI research to a company, built around people who have done each step. Marcel Bartels of IXA opens on turning science into impact, Ross Gordon of Amsterdam Venture Studios walks through the AI startup journey, Annemieke de Raad of IXA covers how a university spinout actually works, and Harro Stokman, founder and CEO of Kepler Vision Technologies, closes on what running one is like. Bernd Ensing welcomes and Peter Westerhuijs of TTT-AI introduces the session. It runs 14:00 to 17:00 at SustainaLab in the Matrix ONE building on Amsterdam Science Park, with an interactive session from 16:00 and drinks from 16:30.
