Digital regulation is reshaping how software gets built — and the people writing Europe's new rules aren't always hearing from the people writing the code. DutchBasecamp and the Developers Alliance are hosting a small, high-signal roundtable in Amsterdam for senior developers, CTOs, security engineers, and technically-minded founders to discuss the practical impact of the Cyber Resilience Act, the AI Act, and related digital regulation.
