The day after AI Summit Barcelona, Silow hosts an off-the-record evening for senior leaders responsible for how work moves across a team. Most teams now use AI daily, yet reporting, approvals, research, customer work, planning and onboarding still run on manual handoffs, repeated checks and rebuilt context. The session is built around that gap rather than around tooling: it is not a product demo, a tool showcase or a build workshop. Silow founder Nikita Sorokin opens with a 20-minute talk on where AI adoption breaks at the workflow level. Attendees then work individually on one recurring process, identifying the manual break, separating what AI could change from what should stay human, and defining a single experiment to run. Structured discussion and Q&A follow, with time to meet the rest of the room. No attendee or vendor pitches, and no recording. Tickets are EUR 15.
