About this event

The closing lecture of the Birmingham Architectural Association's autumn and winter series, Crafting the City, with Mat Leung, a founding partner of Assemble. One hour, then a Q&A, with food and drink provided. Doors open at 17:30 and the lecture starts at 18:00, in The Shell at Birmingham City University's Parkside Building on Cardigan Street. Free, and open to professionals and students across the built environment rather than to members only. Refunds are available up to seven days before. Why go: the last of the series, and the one with the most distinctive practice behind it, in a lecture-and-Q&A format Birmingham does not get much of outside the universities. Best for architects, designers and makers interested in how a practice can be put together differently.
