Playtest Party (Thanksgaming 3-year anniversary!) - Bristol Indie Developers

The monthly Playtest Party turns three, and this edition moves out of the usual St Nicholas Street office to Boomsatsuma on the second floor of the Tobacco Factory. Local game developers bring builds - early prototypes through to near-finished projects - and everyone else plays them and gives feedback. Bigger than the usual night: free food and drink, and a raffle with game prizes. 18+. Bring your own hardware if you are showing something, and arrive 15 minutes early to set up. 24 people are signed up, against two to eight on a normal month, so expect a full room. Why go: Bristol's game dev scene is small enough that one evening gets you most of it, and the anniversary edition is the one where people actually turn out. Best for game developers, artists and audio people, and anyone who wants to see what is being built here before it ships.
