About this event

A two-day conference on Europe's digital skills gap, held at Trinity Business School during Ireland's presidency of the EU Council and backed by the European Commission. The audience is employers, HR and talent leaders, industry bodies, national digital coalitions and Member State representatives rather than founders or engineers. The agenda includes a panel on building GenAI competence among educators, a case study on retaining women in digital roles with Luciano Pollastri of Amadeus, Sandy Tsakiridi of The Coca-Cola Company and Andrea Dermody of DETE, a policy workshop led by the EU presidency hosts, and a session on redesigning VET pathways to diversify the IT specialist workforce. The Women in Digital Summit runs alongside it. 09:30 to 17:30 on both days. Registration is open to the public through Whova, but several agenda items are marked as reserved sessions for Women in Digital Forum members and for the Advanced Digital Skills cluster programmes.
