About this event

A one-hour coffee-morning roundtable at the Guinness Enterprise Centre on what rising AI use is doing to hiring: what companies are actually getting out of AI agents, whether AI fluency becomes something you assess for when you hire, and how to spot AI-assisted candidate fraud. Run by Rent a Recruiter as part of its Lunch & Learn series and hosted by Julieanne, it follows the organiser's January roundtable on AI adoption in hiring. The format is three small-group table discussions rather than talks, and attendees are promised a post-event summary and a talent competitor report. Free, 11:00 to 12:00, registration subject to host approval. The organiser states the session is not open to recruitment agencies or talent service providers. Why go: useful if you are a founder or HR lead making real decisions about AI in hiring this quarter and want to hear what peers in Ireland are doing rather than what vendors claim. Worth knowing the host is a recruitment agency, so treat it as a peer conversation hosted by a supplier.
