About this event

A dinner for Scotland-based founders and C-suite leaders who are expanding into the United States in the next six to twelve months, or have just done it. The discussion is led by Daniel Glazer, who heads Wilson Sonsini's US Expansion group and its London office: when to incorporate in the US, when to raise from US VCs and whether you need a US entity to do it, where to set up, what it costs, how selling and hiring differ, and what government support exists. Registration is by host approval. Venue is central Edinburgh, confirmed to registrants.
