An unconference for the people who buy, contract for and manage AI. There is no speaker line-up: the agenda is set by attendees on the day. Hosted by Posterity Global at the NatWest Accelerator space on Moorgate, 09:00 to 16:00, with networking until 17:30.
Four themes are flagged in advance - moving from transactional procurement to agile commercial frameworks; assessing AI tools against real user needs, legacy IT and data quality; writing contracts that allow experimentation while covering model updates, data security, vendor lock-in and exit; and building the capability to evaluate AI bids and govern supplier performance. Free but approval-gated: you submit details and hear back within three working days. A Cardiff edition follows on 5 November.
procurement is where most enterprise and public-sector AI work stalls, and this is one of the few London rooms where the commercial, legal and technical sides of it sit together. Best for procurement, commercial and legal leads.
