droidcon London 2026

Two days of Android engineering at the Business Design Centre in Islington, built around expert talks, instructor-led hands-on workshops, unconference roundtables and a Leadership Summit track for staff and principal engineers and mobile engineering managers. The speaker list leans on the people who maintain the tools. Jolanda Verhoef, Jose Alcerreca, Simona Milanovic, Marina Coelho and Chiara Chiappini come from Google Developer Relations; Chris Banes is at The Trade Desk, Nicola Corti at Meta, Zac Sweers at OpenAI, Sebastian Aigner at JetBrains, Manuel Vivo at Super Technologies and Joe Birch at Buffer. Doors 09:00, close 18:00 both days. Paid conference; ticket prices are not published on the event page. Why go: it is the one London date in the year where the Android platform teams and the engineers shipping large Android apps are in the same building, and the roundtables mean you can put your own problem in front of them. Best for Android and mobile engineers, and for mobile leads who want the Leadership Summit track.
