We Need to Walk - Women in Tech

A pre-work walk around the Barbican for women in tech, run by the We Need to Talk community as part of Women in Tech Week 2026. The idea is simple: trade career advice and talk through whatever is hard at work right now, while walking through some of London's most distinctive architecture. The group meets at 08:00 at Dose, 70 Long Lane, EC1A 9EJ, for coffee before setting off. Free, booked through Meetup. Why go: a low-pressure alternative to a panel and a lanyard, early enough to get to work afterwards. Best for women in tech who want candid peer conversation about their careers and would rather walk than network across a bar.
