with Kent C. Dodds (Software Engineer & Educator, EpicAI) · Daniel Avila (AI Software Engineer, creator of Claude Code Templates, Independent) · Rudrank Riyam (Apple Platforms Developer & OSS Maintainer, Independent)

The first-ever in-person edition of the AI Coding Summit brings the global GitNation community to The Trampery on Old Street for a half-day on how AI is reshaping software engineering. Headlined by educator Kent C. Dodds ("The Last Software Engineer"), with Daniel Avila (creator of Claude Code Templates) and Apple-platforms maintainer Rudrank Riyam, the afternoon mixes cutting-edge talks with hands-on, agentic-coding tooling and in-person networking. Talks also stream online across 6-7 July, but the London room is where engineers, tech leads and founders building with AI should be.

Kromhouthal (De Overkant), 1031 HL Amsterdam

The world's largest React conference returns to Amsterdam, drawing 1,500+ in-person attendees and 10,000+ online participants to Kromhouthal for a full day of technical sessions aimed squarely at senior and full-stack engineers. The 2026 edition goes deep on React Server Components in production, the newly released React Compiler and its performance implications, and the rapidly evolving space of AI integration in frontend workflows — prompt engineering for UI generation, LLM-powered product features, and architecting applications that leverage AI without sacrificing performance. Workshops, the legendary React Party, and the Open Source Awards round out the programme. This is not an introductory event: the talks assume production experience and reward engineers who want to work at the edge of what the React ecosystem can do.

The main JavaScript conference of the year brings 1,500 developers to Kromhouthal, a former ship-engine factory on Amsterdam's IJ waterfront, for a hybrid in-person day on 11 June followed by an online day on 15 June. JSNation covers the full modern JS stack — frameworks, performance, tooling, AI in the browser and the future of the language — with talks from the engineers actually shaping it. For anyone building web products in JavaScript or TypeScript, this is the room (and the after-parties) to be in.
