Barcelona Activa hosts ANCLA, a nonprofit association of more than 400 entrepreneurs focused on sustainable high performance, for a session on founder wellbeing. It covers recent research on mental fatigue, the common challenges of building a company, and practical tools for combining high performance with personal balance. The ANCLA team presents and entrepreneurs from the ecosystem share first-person testimonies, then there is an open networking session. Aimed at startup founders at any stage and leadership teams of startups and innovative companies. Runs 18:00 to 20:00 at the Centre d'Emprenedoria.
