Eco-design with advanced materials: strategies and case studies

A morning on eco-design for the advanced-materials value chain, from nanomaterials and advanced manufacturing to lightweight materials and printed electronics, and how circular-economy criteria can become a competitive edge. It also presents the 2027 Catalonia Eco-design Awards, with prizes of up to 25,000 euros. Speakers include Ona Bombí (MAV cluster), Laura Rivera (ACCIÓ), Mireia Padrós (Catalan Waste Agency) and Salvador Codinach (Oiko Design Office), followed by a company panel with Ernest Montón (ARCESSO DYNAMICS), Ricardo Hernández (Jorcar Titanium) and HP. Tuesday 13 October, 10:00 to 12:30 with registration from 09:30, at Disseny Hub Barcelona, ending with a networking coffee. Part of ACCIÓ's Enterprise Europe Network activity. Free, with registration. Why go: for hardware and materials startups, a direct line to the awards call and to the cluster and agency people behind it. Not one for software-only teams.
