About this event

Æthos and Solveri on whether Germany can turn its research base, engineering talent and industrial expertise into AI tools that stay commercially viable when investment turns selective and subsidised AI services get expensive. "After the Crash" is a scenario for discussion, not a forecast: where task-specific models actually improve quality inspection and document processing, when local deployment beats a hosted model, and what keeps applied AI maintainable past the first demo. Valters Meirens (Solveri) on turning prototypes into reliable software, Melissa Koenigsberg (Atlantic) on the venture and private-equity finance view, Promit Ray (Scivalon) on building an AI business out of research. Dmitri Katz (Æthos) opens and moderates. Free, 18:00 to 21:00 at Æthos Station on Lohmühlenstraße. Registration needs organiser approval and entry closes at 18:30. 34 places left when checked. Why go: pitched at people who have to make applied AI pay for itself in German industry and smaller firms, not at model-watchers. Bring a deployment problem or an investment question.
