About this event

A free half-day workshop in the KI-AutoNet research project, which asks how AI and digital twins can make planning, operating and optimising private 5G/6G campus networks cheaper and less manual. This edition takes the healthcare sector as its case. The format mixes presentations on what 5G/6G campus networks and digital twins can currently do with interactive sessions where participants put their own requirements on the table. Attendees complete a short industry questionnaire beforehand, which shapes what the workshop covers — so the agenda is partly set by the room. Automation across the full network lifecycle, from planning and rollout to operation and maintenance, is the through-line. Held at Fraunhofer FOKUS with an online option. Why go: a working session rather than a showcase, and one of the few places to compare notes on private-network automation with both researchers and operators present. Best for network engineers and digital-health infrastructure teams.
