Julian Riedlbauer, partner at tech investment bank Drake Star, leads it. Before Drake Star he spent 11 years building GP Bullhound's business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and he's led around 80 mandates, including the sale of InnoGames to MTG at a €260m valuation and the €100m sale of Astragon to Team17. His argument: by the time a buyer calls, your numbers, cap table and story are mostly fixed, so the work has to start early. 16:00 to 17:00.
