Agentic AI Hackathon - DevOps Society

Three hours of actually building AI agents, rather than another evening of talks about them. DevOps Society's Manchester chapter takes over Colony King Street for a hands-on hackathon pointed at real problems. Benjamin Clark, Principal Consultant, and Akash Joshi, Senior AI Engineer, run the night. You do not need to be an AI specialist: the brief is open to anyone working in software engineering, DevOps, data, AI or an adjacent technical role. Bring a laptop and an idea, or turn up and join a team on the night. The organisers say the format, themes and team setup will be published closer to the date, and that places are limited. Runs 18:00 to 21:00 at 76 King Street. Free. Why go: Manchester has plenty of agent talks and almost no agent building. This is the one room this month where you leave having shipped something, however rough. Best for engineers who want the hands-on version.
