The role
What you’ll do
- Run searches for technical roles such as backend engineers on AI features
- Design interview processes with engineering and product hiring managers
- Build UK talent maps and long-term sourcing pipelines
- Represent Mark43 at local tech events and shape employer brand content
What you’ll need
- 3+ years recruiting in a fast-growing software company
- A track record hiring software engineers, product managers and security specialists
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills and comfort with Greenhouse
- Familiarity with enterprise software
Good to know: Hybrid, three days a week in the Manchester office. Visa sponsorship is not available; you need existing right to work.
