The role
What you’ll do
- Run the full hiring process for graduate, intern and entry-level roles
- Build relationships with universities, careers services and student societies
- Organise campus campaigns, including careers fairs and guest lectures
- Agree hiring needs with leaders and track pipeline conversion
What you’ll need
- Existing links with Oxford, Cambridge, Russell Group or similar universities
- A proven record of running graduate or early-careers hiring campaigns
- An eye for high-potential candidates from varied academic backgrounds
- Strong communication and presentation skills
