The role
What you’ll do
- Own one area of Maia end to end, from picking the problems to proving the impact
- Build the evals that judge how well the agent really performs
- Get past feature requests to where data teams actually struggle
- Work daily with engineering and design, and keep go-to-market and leadership in step
What you’ll need
- Senior product experience on technical, ideally AI-driven, products
- The fluency to discuss models, context, MCP and orchestration with engineers
- A habit of using AI tools in your own research and prototyping
- Judgement on when to move like a startup and when to scale with discipline
