Two practical talks from PyData Milano at TeamSystem. Claudio Giorgio Giancaterino shows an MCP-enabled multi-agent Earth Observation framework that combines weather, satellite, forecast and hazard data into explainable, uncertainty-aware climate risk signals. Francesco Bruzzesi presents a Rust-backed Polars expression plugin that puts statistical distributions inside the query, and shares the lessons on performance, correctness and reproducible sampling.
