About this event

For Hacktoberfest, Coding Bunker drops its usual format: no talks and no slides, just a full day of building with open source technologies, open source AI and open-weight models. The point is contribution rather than consumption — a day set aside to actually open the pull request, at Milano LUISS Hub on Via Massimo D'Azeglio from 09:00. Free, sign-up through the Coding Bunker Meetup group. Bring a laptop and, if you have one, a project you have been meaning to contribute to. Why go: Hacktoberfest is the one month of the year when maintainers actively want new contributors, and doing it in a room with other people is how it stops being a tab you never open. Best for developers who have never contributed to open source and want company for the first attempt.
