Product Teams When AI Does the Execution, with Raffaele Boiano

Raffaele Boiano starts from an uncomfortable question: what is left for product teams once execution becomes a commodity? Writing code, producing wireframes, pulling insight out of data — AI is absorbing more of the operational work, and shipping faster is not the same as shipping the right thing. His argument is that value moves upstream, towards judgement and the bets worth validating: working out which problem is worth solving, reading weak signals, choosing what not to do. That changes what "done" means in a sprint and which skills a team actually needs. Boiano is co-founder of Fifth Beat and CEO of Orvian, and has taught User Experience Design on the Politecnico di Milano Product Service System Design master's since 2015. Free, at the BIP offices. Networking from 18:15, talk from 18:30; registration is required for building access. Why go: this is a talk for people who decide what to build, not for the people building it. Useful for product managers, agile coaches and heads of product.
