Smart Working Observatory Annual Conference

The Politecnico di Milano's Smart Working Observatory presents its 2026 research, titled "Beyond Smart Working: new certainties and emerging challenges" — a day of findings on how hybrid work has actually settled in Italian organisations. Mariano Corso chairs; Fiorella Crespi and Rita Zampieri present the research. Sessions cover how smart working initiatives are evolving, the smart workplace ecosystem and what offices are becoming, flexible working time, and the trends set to change how work gets done. Discussants include Poste Italiane, JLL, Sedus, THRON, grenke Italia, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and Brendan Burchell of Cambridge. Free, 10:00 to 16:00 at Aula de Carli, Via Giovanni Durando 10. In person or streamed; in-person registration closes at 17:00 the day before, and the research booklet is a free download on the day. Why go: the Observatory's numbers are the reference data for this argument in Italy. Best for HR leads, workplace and facilities teams, and anyone writing a hybrid policy.
