Growth and Impact Together? The Origin Story of Nous Anti Gaspi

Charles Lottmann, founder of Nous Anti Gaspi, on building his anti-waste grocery chain: how an impact model and ambitious growth targets hold together, and what that means for physical retail and for fundraising. Short format, an hour of story and questions, 9:30 to 10:30, at Journey, 44 rue des Petits Carreaux. The host is Eiffel Founders, the Paris hacker house founded by ten students of the X-HEC Entrepreneurs programme, which brings together founders, VCs and operators. Free, approval-gated registration, limited places. Why go: a ground-level account of physical commerce, a subject Paris meetups rarely cover next to software. Best for founders building an impact business with retail sites.
