A two-hour working session at Talent Garden's Ostiense campus, built for founders and SME owners whose people problems are really structure problems: unclear roles, decisions bottlenecked at the top, hires that don't land. Cristiano Panfili and Giulio Garritano run it as a workshop, not a lecture. It opens with guided discussion of real cases the room brings, moves to individual work on a single-page HR Model Canvas covering current structure, pressure points, key processes and business impact, and closes with each participant drafting a first operational roadmap.
