RecruIT AI — From Solutions to Choices for Human Resources

The closing event of RecruIT AI, Confcommercio Roma's project on artificial intelligence for human resources, supported by the Rome Chamber of Commerce. Two hours on what the project produced and the tools built to bring AI into HR processes gradually and checkably. It starts from the mapping of AI solutions for HR and the questions gathered from business owners and people managers, then moves to company adoption stories: choices made, difficulties met, benefits and lessons. Four areas: selection and recruitment, automation of HR processes, data analysis to support decisions, and training and skills development. It closes by handing over practical tools for planning next steps. It follows the June launch and the 20 October Arena at Zest. No speakers are announced on the page.
