A free masterclass from IE University's Italy and Southern Europe office, built around a technology-industry CEO who has scaled international teams past 300 people and taken ventures into Asia and other global markets. The session covers the mindset, strategy and operating habits behind sustained international expansion, and each attendee is offered a 20-minute one-to-one coaching slot focused on entering new markets, launching new business lines, or working through a specific growth constraint.
