Stream Forward Barcelona

Ververica — the team that founded Apache Flink — brings its practitioner conference to Barcelona for a full day, held in a cinema rather than a hotel ballroom. The morning is talks: a keynote on real-time data in finance and health, a customer story from a mission-critical deployment, then sessions on Streamhouse architecture, designing real-time architecture for AI workloads, and Flink at the scale where it becomes critical infrastructure, closing with a panel. The afternoon splits into two X-Stream Labs — streaming analytics and a real-time feature store — run hands-on by Ververica engineers, and you leave with a working application and sandbox access for seven days. Doors 08:30, talks 09:00, labs 13:30, reception until 19:00. Registration is through Luma and the exact address is shared with registered attendees. Why go: the people who built Flink, teaching it, with no pitch slot in the agenda. Best for data and platform engineers running streaming in production.
