BLISS AI Speaker Series: Sovereign AI from a Perspective of Model Building and AI Governance

A 45-minute research talk from the BLISS AI Speaker Series, with Jonathan Schwarz, Visiting Professor at Imperial College London, on sovereign AI seen from two sides at once: how models actually get built, and how governance frameworks try to constrain them. Hosted by BLISS Berlin e.V. at TU Berlin's chemistry institute on Straße des 17. Juni. The talk comes first, then open discussion with Berlin's machine-learning community over free drinks and pizza. Aimed at students, PhD candidates, academic researchers and industry people doing ML research, but open to anyone following current AI work.
