The role
What you’ll do
- Advise the CTO and engineering, data and platform leaders on people strategy
- Lead org design, workforce planning, levelling and restructuring
- Manage and coach a senior people partner covering engineering and product
- Handle the most senior and sensitive employee relations cases
What you’ll need
- Senior HR experience supporting engineering teams in scaling tech or fintech
- Experience leading or coaching HR business partners
- A record of leading structural change in multi-country, cross-cultural teams
- Sound employee relations judgement across more than one jurisdiction
Good to know: Fully remote from the UK, Nigeria or selected European locations. Reports to the People Director.
