What you’ll do
- Build pipelines of passive candidates for niche and hard-to-fill roles
- Source through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards and AI tools
- Advise recruiters and hiring managers on talent availability and trends
- Keep the CRM up to date and run first outreach and screening
What you’ll need
- Experience sourcing at scale for specialist roles across many functions
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills
- Experience sourcing across several regional markets
- A practical understanding of using AI responsibly in sourcing
