The role
What you’ll do
- Resolve customer requests by phone, chat and email, owning each issue to the end
- Advise customers on how they run their business with Zenoti
- Document, prioritise and escalate problems when needed
- Write knowledge base content and mentor other team members
What you’ll need
- At least three years in a customer-facing role in both English and French
- Experience using a POS or reservations system
- A technology-minded background and a habit of teaching yourself
Good to know: English and French both required. Office-based in Manchester, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm UK time, with shifts that can vary.
