About this event

A workshop in the Barcelona4Impact programme that uses a single concrete object — the supermarket — as a way into urban food systems design. Participants work through sourcing, waste, logistics and consumer behaviour as a design problem rather than a policy one. The venue is confirmed to registrants closer to the date. Useful for designers, sustainability practitioners and foodtech people; less so if you want a straight lecture.
